Welcome to your inner-city oasis. Kula Health is a space where you can go to receive treatment and therapy, immerse yourself in yoga classes and yoga practice, breath classes, and acupuncture classes.

These classes are offered by our expert practitioners who are also therapists at Kula health as an additional health and wellbeing service for our clients, visitors, and friends.

Yin Yoga & Meditation

A healthy mind is a healthy body. With the demands of a busy life, time and stillness seem like rare gems. But this time taken, to sit in stillness and observation, has this profound ability to "give you back time”. It creates deep-rooted connection and clarity that leads to greater concentration, healing and understanding.
Yin yoga is the perfect balance to the very YANG world many of us live in. Yin is designed to create stillness, presence and a deep state of release, targeting the the connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints). Without force, poses are held for (3-5 minutes), allowing the muscles of the body to relax to enable the connective tissues of the body to be positively stressed and lengthened. The sustained time is the perfect opportunity to enter a meditative state of personal inquiry, reconnect to your centre, your truth. These classes are infused with ancient wisdom and philosophies from India (Chakra System & Yogic Philosophies) and Chinese Medicine principles.

Community Acupuncture

An ancient system of healing, Acupuncture is a safe and natural way to help the body and mind feel better. Aimed at addressing illness as well as preventing disease and promoting health, performance and wellbeing, everyone can benefit from acupuncture.

The benefits of acupuncture are accumulative - it works best when you are able to commit to a course of regular treatments. Most commonly, weekly sessions for a few weeks are recommended for specific issues, whereas monthly sessions are generally recommended as part of a healthy lifestyle.

To help make committing to regular treatments more accessible, we offer effective, individual treatments in a casual, comfortable, group setting at Kula Health.

Join us from 9am - 11am on Tuesday mornings and 7pm - 8pm on Wednesday nights.

$45 drop in or packages starting from $35 per session

Bend And Breathe

This class will start off with stretching and lengthening all those tight muscles before we dive deep into your breath. Each week you will get to experience more insight into your own body through your breath. Experience the healing properties and what its like to feel truly alive with the thing we need most, oxygen.

Join us at 7pm On Thursday nights

Bring a mat if you have one otherwise we have some mats available. Rollers, blocks and balls provided.
