Client booking agreement

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

To be fair and considerate to all of our clients and practitioners we have the following client booking agreement in place.

Cancellation or Reschedule

Due to the nature of our longer appointments we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment inside the 24-hour time frame results in two options;

  1. Rebook via the phone within the same calendar week (subject to availability)
  2. Pay 50% of your appointment fee.

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment inside 6 hours results in a fee of 50% of your booked appointment regardless of rebooking.

If this happens on 2 or more occasions, pre-paying all future appointments are required. This will be done by stored credit card details on your file.

Not Showing Up (Did not attend – DNA)

If you do not provide any notice and do not show up to an appointment you will be charged the full appointment fee. We will attempt to contact you via phone with a call and text before emailing you the invoice.

If this happens on 2 or more occasions, pre-paying all future appointments are required. This will be done by stored credit card details on your file.

Showing Up Late

We will always try our best to accommodate, though in most circumstances the practitioner will have another booking straight after your appointment, therefore only being able to offer you the remaining time booked. We reserve the right to still charge the normal appointment fee.

If there is an extenuating circumstance that has resulted in your non-attendance please email our team at info@kulahealth.com.au and your individual situation will be discussed with your practitioner.
