Client Booking Agreement – Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

We’re proud to run on time so you can plan your day effectively.

If we ask you to change your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time to a different day, we may offer you a bonus appointment with no out of pocket fee.

If you need to reschedule an appointment you must provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.

If you miss an appointment without notice the full fee will apply.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of scheduled appointment times, and we do take extenuating circumstances into consideration.

*Health fund benefits do not apply to these fees

Deposits
For selected appointments, including initial consultations, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total consultation fee.

Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. If an appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice and the service does not proceed, your deposit may be eligible for a refund. Please note that late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved:

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
- Third-party payment processing fees (such as Stripe fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Processing times vary but typically take several business days to appear in your account.

Administrative Costs
Deposits help cover administrative costs, including scheduling and payment processing, and ensure fair appointment availability for all clients.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or remedy if a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL.
