Meditation is an innate skill. Any time you have felt yourself relax while completely captivated by something interesting or delightful is what we call spontaneous meditative awareness. Your body loves to meditate, and the deep rejuvenating benefits of meditation can help to support healthy immune function, deeper, more restful sleep, and bring more ease, clarity and joy to your life, work and relationships. There are thousands of meditation techniques out there, so it’s important to find the ones that suit your nature and life circumstances.

BREATH & BRRRR
The power of the breath.
The power of the cold.
When mixed together it creates something special within your body that only you can experience.
Over this 3 hour experience let your body and mind immerse.
Ben Murphy will be guiding you with your breath. He has been diving deep into this topic for the past 3 years. A culmination of his practice and learning's have been bought together to create this 2 hour experience.
Some research and benefits may show to;

+ Improve sleep
+ Reduce inflammation
+ Increase energy
+ Take your body from an acidic to alkaline state
We will be diving deep into some breath work for the first half of the experience followed by cold immersion. Think 1000kg of ice in a tub.
Please bring a towel, yoga mat (if not we can supply), swimmers, change of clothes. Please only have a light meal before attending.
